Here in marshy West Brooksville the wild goslings are getting to be chicken-sized, the lilacs are bursting with fragrance, and the gray tree frogs are almost beating out the peepers with their calls in the evening. The bakery is training up a new fleet of bakers, getting ready for the different kind of serious party that is summer at Tinder Hearth.

Due to the extremely high call volume in the summer, we have come up with a callback request system for pizza reservations. We want to help you avoid endless redialing, whew!

To place a reservation you still need to talk with us on the phone, but now we will call you! If you would like to order pizza that week—for either a reservation or takeout order—please fill out the form to provide us with your phone number.

We are no longer accepting incoming calls on Tuesday morning, so the best way to get a pizza reservation is to submit your name into the hat via the form on Mondays! This is a lottery system, so it does not matter what time on Monday you submit your request form. The form is open on Monday starting at 9AM for 23 hours. Just get your name in before it closes! Please submit only one request per party. If you miss our call , we will call you back later, unless we get fully booked before we can reach you.

Our voicemail message will be updated when we start accepting incoming calls again each Tuesday—the exact time will vary week to week. We think this will work great! We have some exciting news to share about this coming season! First, as you can see in the photo, we have built an addition onto the bakery, which soon should house a new bread oven. We are excited to announce that we plan to have outdoor dining again this year! Curbside take-out will continue as well.
